All sales are FINAL. Due to the unique and often delicate nature of our home decor products, we do not accept returns, issue refunds, or offer exchanges once a transaction is completed.

Damaged or Defective Items:
We thoroughly inspect all items before they leave our shop. However, if an item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 48 hours of purchase/delivery with photographic proof. We reserve the right to offer a repair, exact replacement, or store credit on a case-by-case basis.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items:
Custom orders, personalized pieces, and custom-cut fabrics cannot be canceled or modified once production has begun.
